U.S F18 Sailors,
The class will be holding the annual general meeting (AGM) for 2019 at Crescent Sail Yacht Club, Grosse Point Michigan, on Monday, September 16th, 2019 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. As is typical for the class, our meeting will be held in conjunction with the North American Championships taking place at the same location/date. A change to the time may occur, and will be posted on the notice board immediately after racing.
The major topic up for proposal is an amendment to the class by-laws, with new proposed by-laws attached to this post. The primary reason for the change is to enable internet voting by the class and to change our tax status to a 501c not-for-profit organization. The class administration has been hard at work on these changes and welcomes any comments or questions by the membership.
