Per the new by-laws, the officers for 2020 were nominated at the AGM but the entire membership has the opportunity to vote on the slate or write in alternate candidates. The new officers take office on December 1, 2019. Per the new USF18 By-Laws for internet elections we require a minimum of 20% of the members (currently 90) to vote for it to be a valid election which is 18 members. The winner is a simple majority (50+%) of the votes cast.
