Alamitos Bay Yacht Club
Alamitos Bay Yacht Club (ABYC) in Long Beach is situated at one of the best racing venues in the world and has been host to multiple major F18 regattas including the 2012 World Championships and the 2017 Americas Championship. From ABYC you can sail in the open ocean or more protected waters behind the Los Angeles / Long Beach breakwater. ABYC runs major regattas every few months and typically F18s participate in the Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving regattas.
